Simple Social Media Icon Pack, which I released earlier this year, has gotten 500+ downloads so far! So, I’ve decided to release a modified version of the icon pack with transparent background.

For those waiting for an updated version of the previous icon pack, I’ll try to release it asap.

About Ninja One

Ninja One is a free WordPress child theme for the popular theme framework Thematic (If you are looking for a powerful theme framework with lots of functionality, Thematic is the one). This is the first child theme that I’ve released and I hope you like it.

Instructions on how to download, upload, and activate the theme

1. Download the latest version of Ninja One (ninja-one.zip) and extract the folder ninja-one.
2. Download the latest version of Thematic and extract the folder thematic.
3. Upload both folders to the wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress.
4. Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel and select the Appearance panel.
5. From the Available Themes section, find Ninja One and click Activate.

Antonio Lupetti from Woork Up added another document to the Visual Cheat Sheet family. This time, he created a WordPress Visual Cheat Sheet, containing the full reference guide to WP Template Tags with detailed descriptions and sample code.

FatCow Web Hosting has released a set of 1000 web icons. Each icon in the set comes in PNG format and in two different sizes: 16×16 and 32×32 pixels. This set of icons is free, but make sure you follow the terms of use that are listed on their page.
