We provide technical support for only those themes that were legally purchased via our site.

As our themes are sold as non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, please contact us so we can sort out the problem.
